Academic courses can be very challenging, for any number of reasons—perhaps your class last year didn’t adequately prepare you for the material and expectations you’re facing this year; perhaps the teacher moves a little too quickly; perhaps you don’t feel comfortable asking all the questions you have during class. High school, in particular, can be a difficult time, with students juggling classes, sports, extra-curriculars, and the desire to have a social life. When it comes to academics, we’ve got you covered.

At CATES, we offer one-on-one, private tutoring in any and all subjects where you might need a little help. After a FREE Consultation, in which we evaluate your needs, we can match you up with an expert private tutor and create a customized plan. Your tutor will not only get you through your class and help you raise your grades, but will work with you to help you achieve a comprehensive understanding of the subject matter, and a confidence in your ability to handle it. For small groups of students who are taking the same class, and would like to work together, we also offer tutor-led group classes, at a reduced rate. These sessions are held in your home, on your schedule. You are welcome to approach us about creating a class for several students in any subject.
